I think i stained my uggs?

I think i stained my uggs using the ugg australia sheepskin water and stain repellent. It was my first time spraying so i didn't do such a good job on spraying it evenly. I have to wait 24 hrs until it dries, but its only been like 10 minutes and its pretty dry but splotches are forming on the boot. So it is permanently stained or will it dry up in 24 hrs?? And if it wont dry up, then how can i take off the stains? Will spraying it over again work or do i have to wash and clean it??

I'd hit up the craft store and buy the gl/clay ornaments that are already made, but need to be painted...that way the toddlers can paint them, get creative, and get in on the fun. You could also bake Christmas cookies/cupcakes and let the kids decorate them with candy, icing, sprinkles, etc. And for more entrainment, you could put on a Christmas movie like "A Charlie Brown Christmas" or "Mickey's Christmas Carol", something like that.

For such a short flight the prices are generally very high, check Bangkok Airways and Thai Airways websites to see if they offer any specials, July is the low season here and there's a good chance you might find a better price as you get closer to July. Otherwise you can fly to Surat Thani on Nok Air, Air Asia and others for much less and take a bus and ferry to Koh Samui and a taxi or car once you get there.

Looking for new clips for my Ruger 10/22?

I just got my Ruger 10/22 a few days ago and took it out shooting yesterday. I went through probably 200-300 rounds with just the 10 round magazine. I have to say it was very tedious reloading the clip so often. I am looking at getting either the Butler Creek Steel Lips 25 round magazine or just getting a couple more of the factory clips. The Steel Lips clips seem to have mixed reviews so it makes me kind of wary and I haven't had any trouble with the factory clips. Anyone have experience and can compare them and/or offer advice?

I dont think you need to lose weight at all, but if you want to, 2 weeks is nowhere near long enough, just eat healthily and exercise, maybe go for a 10 minute jog a few times a week, or if you cant jog for 10 mins start at 3 minutes and build up over a coupla weeks, the point is to be healthy, not super skinny. Maybe instead of having highlights (they'r expensive and really high maintanance) get a haircut, or you could dye your hair semi-permanantly to give you a change, that way you can change your hair colour when you like without being stuck with it. As for the tan, I think its better to be natural. And I completely agree with the second girl, DO NOT try and lose weight that way, if you really want to, just do it slowly.

Skin in Backside of Hand is dry and seems like i have cuts without even knowing it, is it cold weather?

Cold + dry + working with dry material like paper, fabric, grain, plaster, cement will give you what girls call dishpan hands - bad enough to look like little cuts in the skin. Try washing your hands gently in warm water - not hot , dry them, then slather them with petroleum jelly like Vaseline. Wipe off the excess gently with a tissue or soft cloth. If your environment is causing the redness, this should do the trick. If not, you need to see a dermatologist. Two other products work pretty well also - Bag Balm and Udder Cream. Another product that doesn't smell too girly is rosewater and glycerine. In PA we have weather like what the Browns and Steelers played in today a lot of the winter and it really beats the skin raw. I hope this helps.

l discharge and common cold?

For the last couple of days i have been noticing a weird amount of l discharge. It's way more than normal and once it had a little blood in it. My period shouldn't come on until around Sept. 12 or so and my period shave been normal for almost a year. Also, i have the symptoms of a common cold. we do the same thin shut off the hot water to save money an it does cut the bill way down. turn up the tepature of the hot water heater so it gets hotter and stays hot longer. we usually turn it on for 15 to an hor when the watr is no longer hot but it wont work if the water temp is low

My first semester sophmore GPA is a 3.167 unweighted. Weighted, it is like a 3.67 because I am taking 3 honors courses (all are accelerated, most people take two of them 11th of 12th grade). I also run cross country, and I'll be doing track as well (I am a varsity member on the track team). I got a 190 on my PSAT, but this was without any studying. Do I still have a chance to get into Berkeley even though my GPA right now isn't that great =/? I'm going to work really hard next semester, and hopefully get it at least a 3.85 unweighted (4.3 or so weighted). What could I do to make my chances better, I really would like to get into Berkeley (I was thinking of Stanford, but I think it's too late with my grades =/). Thanks.

A difficult employee?

i have an issue common to everyone, a difficult employee. This guy i guess is a , i dont know but he acts like a woman and says very vulgar things. we are pretty relaxed at our job so sometime we joke around and whatnot, but i over hear other employee's saying they are going to smack the hell out of him and his response is "go ahead, and while you slap me talk to me like Mr. T" . and one day i was completely fed up with his antics so i acted unprofessionally and said "F*** you" and his response was "I only do white men, you don't fit the criteria" I don't know what his problem is, but sometimes i'll go and get a drink and see that his hand is feeling all up the backside of another female. he gets away with to much, the woman there let him touch their and they just laugh, and he smacks their s and they smile but if i even thought to do that i would get put on the 1st bus to rikers island. i was in the vip room for a function once to set up and he was over there with his legs crossed talking to 3 other females, and has his hand all up the girls just rubbing and smacking and she said nothing. he says things like "damn girl your look awesome today" and he makes a motion like he is kissing her . but sometimes he'll be spotted saying things like "i want a bunch of men to release their semen on my face" or "i would love if 2 men shoved their manhood down my throat". but back to my point how do i deal with him? how does he get away with touching these females and saying the things he does? last but not lease he goes inside of a closet, and comes out with mayo smeared on his face around his lips and on his uniform and says infront of everyone "keep it down in here, i'm trying to make myself happy". this is unacceptable and i cannot take it anymore

This is just my opinion and many may disagree; I'm not sure there is an absolutely right or wrong answer. You have only "invested" less than 90-days of your life with this company and it is good to find out now rather than several years down the road that you and this company are a bad fit. I would simply find another job and then resign. The other option is not worth the stress. I lost a job in 2002 that probably could have resulted in a lawsuit against the company and I considered it. But the truth is, I didn't want to wake up angry every morning for the next 5-years, which is what would have happened if I had sued them. My life and peace of mind is worth more than any money I might have acquired through the law suit. And don't forget, you might file a suit, live with this for another 5-years, and still lose the suit. My advice: move on with your life and write this off as a learning experience.

I mean first of all I was never good at science english or chinese and in middle school when we had to take the TAKS in order to go High School, the science teacher told me that I barely p and that I would need extra help and blah blah blah...now that I am in High School it is so hard in Bio I mean like I am one level lower for example, if we were learning something, my frenz would get it but I have to learn it twice in order to get it so that's how slow my brain is, and being in this cl not only make me look stupid when Im failing test it also hurts me... for example today we had to work with partners and my friend was like already answering all the questions and I was stil stuck on the first and she was like hey you can copy my answers but I wanted to because I have no idea how to do it but at the same time felt bad because if I did that just makes me stupid and a copy cat!! I mean its not like I dont pay attention I do is just that the teacher says words like Division and Mitosis and I dont really get it and because English is kind of like my second language and I do try to work hard, like everynite I would take out the textbook and go over what we learned but still dont get it.... wat do you think I should do? I really like this guy I'm talking too, he's really cute, we've been talking for like four days. Before we decided to "talk" he was such a gentleman, super considerate and respectful. Dealing with a difficult and combative person ?

I am not religious so I hope you don't mind me answering. I have dealt with people in my life who were like this. If they are hurtful to you, there's no better medicine then to tell them exactly how you feel when they mistreat you. Of course, do it in the most constructive manner possible. Somebody has to be the mature one in this situation. If they respond in a negative manner and continue the abuse, let them know you wont tolerate this and if it means separating yourself from them until the situation gets better then so be it. You cannot change a person. They have to do that on their own (and be willing to do it). I just can't see myself being around a person who affects me negatively. I'm sorry I couldn't give any better advice.

your pictures didn't work, but that's okay. i know what a heel stretch is. anyway. for a toe touch i would recommend doing in jumping off a couch or something remotely that close to the ground, i just jump off and do my toe touch and land (be sure to have a mat to prevent landing shock.) i had my toe touch in a week. and i'd suggest start to stretch for all your splits immediately and stretch every day and night :) hope i helped
