Can i use 22'' LCD on 64MB Graphic Card?

I'm planning to buy 22'' Full HD LCD monitor "T2200HD" but my PC is very old and my Graphic card is AGP 64 MB and if i upgrade it it will be 128MB that's the maximum for my mobo, i don't wanna play HD videos i just wanna to display the desktop in Good res let's say 1280, 1440 or 1600. is that possible?
