How guys work. questions on guys and how they deal with...?

sorry i just want to know. uhm do guys know when they pr and what does it feel like. always wanted to know but never really know how to ask. and also how do you cope with that when you are in public and i have so many more questions..one at a time i guess..thnx for the help if any
