What is the old cartoon that aired around the late 90s or early 00s that is about a...?

a robot, a buff guy (from what I can remember) and a kid who go back in time to fix the past because the past would change somehow. Every episode had a new story. I remember one was about them going back in Napoleons time because he didn't want to fight anymore or something so they had to convince him to fight. They lived in a spaceship or something like that too.
