Advice on dating a cougar (attractive older woman)?

I am 23. She is 31. We are both working in the banking industry. We met at a bar last night, and her outfit was stunning. She had a tight white spaghetti strap tanktop on. with tight jeans, with knee high leather boots...they looked like riding boots. And we hooked up last night, and i noticed she had a tramp stamp right about her rear. She wanted to make love, but i thought we should wait until we know eacah other better. We both want to go out again, am i just wondering how i should handle a women with much more experience and age than I have.
