Can anyone help me get in contact with the Oakland Raiders Owner Al Davis?

Any help is good even if it is not direct contact with Mr. Davis. It can be some other person who might be able to put me in contact with Mr. Davis. I have a business proposal for him and desperately need to get in contact. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you all.
