What could i do to represent GA1- Sri Lanka in the Lebanese MUN?

I'm a Delegate in the Lebanese Model United Nations. I wanted help because i was igned to represent Sri Lanka in the GA1-(disarmament and international security), i'm currently sad because i really wanted the WHO (world health organization) for Sri Lanka. What are the good things for being in this commitee? PS: i really wanna win this MUN.
