your pictures didn't work, but that's okay. i know what a heel stretch is. anyway. for a toe touch i would recommend doing in jumping off a couch or something remotely that close to the ground, i just jump off and do my toe touch and land (be sure to have a mat to prevent landing shock.) i had my toe touch in a week. and i'd suggest start to stretch for all your splits immediately and stretch every day and night :) hope i helped
