Website or some kind of guide to helping me write a resume?

So tomorrow there is a job fair which also happens to be on my birthday but I don't care because I need a job. I am a college student who has not had a lot of work experience but I know that a nicely worded and organized resume can increase my chances of getting hired. I need some kind of standard format for writing it so i can just plug things in. My organization skills lets just say are not the best but I am not telling an interviewer about my flaws. Should I use a lot of big words and write profound things or should i just be really clear and straightforward?Of course it depends on the job I am applying for but I am not going to write a resume for each booth.
