Could I possibly get into Berkeley?

My first semester sophmore GPA is a 3.167 unweighted. Weighted, it is like a 3.67 because I am taking 3 honors courses (all are accelerated, most people take two of them 11th of 12th grade). I also run cross country, and I'll be doing track as well (I am a varsity member on the track team). I got a 190 on my PSAT, but this was without any studying. Do I still have a chance to get into Berkeley even though my GPA right now isn't that great =/? I'm going to work really hard next semester, and hopefully get it at least a 3.85 unweighted (4.3 or so weighted). What could I do to make my chances better, I really would like to get into Berkeley (I was thinking of Stanford, but I think it's too late with my grades =/). Thanks.
