just because some idiot offered you an idiotic trade doesn't mean you have to consider it. don't fall into the quantity-over-quality trap. if he wants to give you Gay, Johnson, Rip for just Kobe, you can consider it. but all 3 of yours are top-10 players. that's pretty insulting.
