What is the title of this movie?

Okay when i was little a cartoon movie about Santa Claus would always come on. I don't really remember alot about it but i know there was like a forest and Santa came as a baby and then grew old and made toys. But when he died they made him immortal and there were like fairies and stuff. Does anyone know what i'm talking about?
