Who are the best practicing Muslims (True Muslims): Born Muslims Or reverts to Islam?

those who decided to do what Allah tells them to do. If I say Born Muslims, I would generalize because they are some of them who are not practicing, and if I say revert Muslims, I would be also generalizing because they are some reverts who still do things they were used to (e.g. Franc Rebiry the French soccer player who reverted but lately made a scandal. So, this is a question that would never have a one choice answer.
