There are venture capitalists, or "VCs". These are companies that loan money for startups. The return is often a piece of the company. You would need to show them your plan and how you will execute it. How will you find the locations, how much will you need to build them, how will you train people, who on your team will provide the expertise in real estate, operations, finance, transportation etc? If you want someone to invest $20 Million to startup your business, you will have to show that you know how it will be spent and how much the return will be. Having an idea is a very very small piece of the equasion.
