I like this guy but he has a girlfriend, but i know hes just trying to make me jealous?

This guy has liked me for about 9 months now, we've been through alot this year, drama and what not. I kinda like him abut for 9 months everytime he would ask me out i would say no, and pretty much reject him. He's had like two girlfriends during these 9 months and always comes back to me. But recently he got another girlfriend and suddenly talks about her all the time. He says stuff like '' Her lips are soft '' Or '' Don't worry I won't try to kiss you anymore '' And if i'm mad at him he says '' You're just jealous because I have a hott girlfriend ;) '' and i HATE it when people call me jealous. I dont really like him alot, but i miss the way we would flirt all the time, and he would hold me and stuff. like i KNOW he's trying to make me jealous it's extremely obvious, but i can't break them up or tell him how i feel because hes.. ugh! I dont want to be wrong..
