PLEASE ANSWER, VERY IMPORTANT-I NEED help with collection agency?

Just call them(the credit people) and tell them they have to reduce the amount..and set up another plan. If they feel they cannot reduce the amount and/or won't reduce send them a registered, certified letter stating that "you cannot continue to keep this agreement and you asked for another. If they feel they cannot agree with you on another amount, please take note and be aware that this checking account you are using will be closed. " Then go close the account. It is VERY important that you notify the credit people in advance BEFORE you close the account. They will probably work with you. but if they don't , just close the account and get another one going.
