Statistical Question Because a t-test is correlated does that mean it can only be a one tailed test?

I have no idea what you mean by correlated, but if you look at a t-distribution table, you can see it is almost like a normal distribution curve and extends in both directions (i.e. it has two tails). The chi-square distribution is one tailed. t-tests would have to be two tailed anyway if the null hypothesis had mu not equaling a certain value as opposed to being greater than or less than something.
