l discharge and common cold?

For the last couple of days i have been noticing a weird amount of l discharge. It's way more than normal and once it had a little blood in it. My period shouldn't come on until around Sept. 12 or so and my period shave been normal for almost a year. Also, i have the symptoms of a common cold. First my throat was sore (but im a cheerleader and this was the day i came back from a concert) and now im sneezing and congested. Im 16, and have never been ually active so i know im not pregnant. Other than that one time there was blood in my discharge, its been clear & once slightly yellow. Can someone give me an idea of whats going on? Should i be worried?
