Red bump on head after ing?

so i used dish washer sope as lube(i had nothing els) and it felt AMAZING. tha was like an hour ago then i git horny agen just now and i tuched the head and it was dry like always but at the end of the head it felt really sensitive. in a painfull way. i looked and saw a red dot. the color of the head seems a tad more yellow. and its bigger and harder then be4. how can i fix the yellowness and red bump. it seems 2 be like 4 small bumps but it looks like 1 if u dont look 2 close. its small. and in the middle of ith thiers a white dot.what do i do
